Strength

Building strength both physically and mentally is one of our main goals here at MarDock.  Recognizing the uniqueness of each athlete that walks through the door, we strive to develop programs that utilize the CrossFit 10 Physical skills in order to improve strength and overall fitness.

Community

Here at MarDock you will discover a community that is warm and welcoming the minute you walk through the doors.  Friendships develop that turn into family as we bond and connect with every workout and obstacle we conquer together.  We have regular events outside of workouts to build and ensure that we are more than just a box, but a home away from home.

We welcome all levels of fitness with wide open arms and provide the best instruction, methods and tools to assist you in meeting your goals.  Whatever your goal is, whether you are a student athlete, a sports team, to a person who is just beginning a fitness journey, our community is here to assist and help you perform at your very best.

Not just words to us, Karissa Markham and James Dockeray have teamed up to create MarDock Strength and Conditioning.  Leveraging her degree in Exercise Science and their combined years of experience in the fitness world; they are here to help individuals and teams towards their goals whatever they may be.
